We are a long established private, family owned Civil Engineering contractor and construction company operating from our premises in Great Harwood, Lancashire. Founded in 1984, our business has grown on the basis of quality and reliability.

Cutler Waterworth proudly secures regular repeat business from many of the region’s leading public and private enterprises including Portakabin Group , Springfield , Portable offices , Veka UK , Ai Process Systems , F2 Chemicals and many more… Operating throughout the North West of England and beyond. Projects cover the Transportation, Energy, Leisure, Environmental and Education sectors.

Health & Safety

 

Cutler Waterworth are committed to improving the management of Health & Safety. We have recently appointed a Health and Safety Consultant who works closely alongside us to help regularly monitor and update our current Health & Safety procedures.

​

As a minimum, all site staff receive a Site Safety Awareness Course, Appointed Persons First Aid Certificate and CSCS Health and Safety related training qualification.

Management have CITB certifications to help them fulfil their responsibilities and obligations in CDM Management and day to day activities.

​

To confirm our commitment to Health and Safety, early in 2014 Cutler Waterworth became a CHAS registered company.

Staff training within Cutler Waterworth is one of our highest priorities. A fully trained and competent workforce is not only a more efficient, but also a safer workforce. This philosophy results in higher standards of work and greater productivity. With a healthy budget set aside for training, all our employees gain the necessary skills, at the highest standards. The training requirements are constantly reviewed through auditing and employee feedback.

Our employees hold training and certification in the following:

  • CITB CSCS Card scheme.

  • CITB SMSTS Site management certification.

  • NPORS plant training accreditation.

  • First Aid training.
